1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Suav Beauty (''we,'' ''us,'' or ''our''). This End User License Agreement (the ''Agreement'') outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use our All-in-One Beauty Booking Marketplace Web Application (the ''Application''). By accessing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Suav Beauty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Application.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application, in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Application to engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.

4. User Content

By using the Application, you may submit or upload content, including text, images, and other materials (''User Content''). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Suav Beauty a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content in connection with the Application.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Suav Beauty may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided ''as is'' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Suav Beauty disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suav Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Suav Beauty reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
